No. Records and reports are unlimited on every plan, gas, oil, electrical, renewables and air con included. Do one a month or forty a week, same price.
Pro. Lite is fine if all you want is certificates, quotes and invoices, but the reminders, CRM and accounts sync on Pro are the bits that bring the repeat work back round each year.
Yes, on Pro+. Sub users are £10.99 a month or £109.99 a year each, unlimited numbers. Everyone gets their own login and it all lands on the one account.
Yes, and you don’t need to hand over card details to start. You can create real certificates during it, not demo ones.
Monthly plans run month to month. Yearly plans run for the twelve months you’ve paid for, and work out at roughly ten months for twelve.
Direct Debit through GoCardless. You can change plan up or down whenever you need to.
Set your details once, then your first landlord gas safety report takes about two minutes. If it doesn’t save you time, don’t buy it.
