From quote to payment
Yes. Build a quote while you can still see the work, send it to the customer and turn the accepted quote into an invoice in one tap. You do not need to type the address, parts and job description again.
Checker also handles CIS, VAT and DRC. Take chip and pin payments with Zettle or send a Stripe pay-by-link. The quotes and invoices page explains how the payment trail stays with the job.
When a customer adds work after the first visit, update the quote and keep the new total tied to the same record. You can see what was agreed, billed and paid without piecing the story together at the weekend.
Plumbing and heating
Yes. Plumbing businesses that also do gas and heating work can keep CP12 reports, boiler service records, installation and commissioning reports, tightness testing and purging records and RAMS in the same app.
Checker connects to a KANE flue gas analyser over Bluetooth, so supported readings can move into the job record without being copied from the analyser by hand. Built-in boiler manuals give you servicing instructions for nearly every boiler on the market.
That makes one customer history useful across a leaking valve, a boiler service and later heating work. Each report remains clear, while the contact details, job notes, quote and invoice stay together.
Straight pricing
LITE is £10.99, PRO is £19.99 and PRO+ is £25.99 a month, plus VAT.
Annual prices are £109.99, £199.99 and £259.99 plus VAT. Every plan includes unlimited files, records and reports. There is no charge per report.
LITE creates files and records. PRO adds all report features and the back office, including CRM, reminders, business analytics, accountancy sync and Growth Engine. PRO+ adds sub-users. Offline working
Yes. Fill in the job record in a basement, a plant room, a rural property or a new build with no working connection. Checker saves the work on your device and syncs it when you are back in range.
You can finish the paperwork where the job happened instead of making rough notes for later. The customer signature, work details and report stay ready to sync when the signal returns.
Your own team
Yes, on PRO+. Sub-users are not included as standard on LITE or PRO. Each sub-user costs £10.99 a month plus VAT and has a separate login under your business account, with permissions you set, so the master account stays in your control.
Each plumber can work on assigned jobs without sharing a password. Their paperwork remains with the company record, so you keep the customer history when work moves between people. A sole trader can start without paying for seats that are not needed.
Accounts connected
Checker connects with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage on PRO and PRO+. Xero synchronises invoices and payments both ways, so changes can move between Checker and Xero without you entering the same figures again.
QuickBooks and Sage are supported too. The both-ways sync is Xero only, so you get a clear route from the job to whichever accounts system you use.
Repeat work
PRO and PRO+ include reminders and the back office tools. Appointment reminders go out 24 hours ahead. Quote chasers follow up on days 7, 10 and 14, while invoice chasers start when the payment terms lapse.
