Gas paperwork
Checker puts the reports and records you use beside the customer, property and job details. Files, records and reports are unlimited on every plan, with no charge each time you create one.

The forms follow Gas Safe layouts and are accepted by landlords, letting agents, insurers and Building Control. Checker does not submit anything to the Gas Safe Register. You remain in control of the report and where it needs to go.
Finish on site
The customer and property details are already tied to the job. Open the CP12, enter the checks and readings, add appliance details, collect the signature and create the PDF on the device you carry.
The record stays with the customer history after you send it. When the landlord calls about the property, you can find the past visit without searching through an inbox or a folder of paper forms.
Repeat work
On PRO and PRO+, Checker can prompt the next booking with an annual service reminder 11 months after the customer is created. That gives the customer time to book before a year has passed.

One job record
Yes. Create the quote, report and invoice around the same job. You can take chip and pin payments with Zettle or send a Stripe pay-by-link, then keep the payment trail beside the customer record.
Checker handles CIS, VAT and DRC without another spreadsheet. Checker connects with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage on PRO and PRO+. Xero synchronises invoices and payments both ways. The both-ways sync is Xero only.

Straight pricing
LITE is £10.99, PRO is £19.99 and PRO+ is £25.99 a month, plus VAT.
Annual prices are £109.99, £199.99 and £259.99 plus VAT. Every plan includes unlimited files, records and reports. There is no charge per report.
LITE creates files and records. PRO adds all report features and the back office, including CRM, reminders, business analytics, accountancy sync and Growth Engine. PRO+ adds sub-users. Offline working
Yes. Fill in the report in a basement, cellar, plant room or rural property with no connection. Checker saves the work on your device and syncs it when you are back in range.
You do not need to copy readings onto paper for later or wait beside a router. Finish the job where it happened, then let the app catch up when the signal returns.
Tools connected
Checker connects to a KANE flue gas analyser over Bluetooth. Move the readings into the job record without typing each figure again, which saves time and cuts the chance of a transcription error.

Growing the team
Yes, on PRO+. Sub-users are only available with PRO+ and cost £10.99 a month plus VAT each. Every engineer gets a separate login under the business account.
Jobs, reports and customer details stay with the company without a shared password. A sole trader can start without paying for seats they do not need, then add engineers when the business is ready.
