Send it from site
You can produce the report before you leave and send it while the visit is still fresh. The customer gets the finished paperwork without waiting for you to type the same job up again that evening.
The report remains with the customer and job record. If the customer calls later, you can find the visit, report and invoice in the same working history instead of searching separate folders and inboxes.

PRO and PRO+ include reminders in the back office. Checker’s annual service reminder runs 11 months after the customer is created, helping you contact the customer before the next annual visit is likely to be due.

Clear monthly plans
LITE is £10.99, PRO is £19.99 and PRO+ is £25.99 a month, plus VAT.
Annual prices are £109.99, £199.99 and £259.99 plus VAT. Every plan has unlimited files, records and reports, with no charge per report.
LITE covers files and records. PRO adds all report features and the back office, including CRM, reminders, business analytics, accountancy sync and Growth Engine. PRO+ adds sub-users. Each sub-user costs £10.99 a month plus VAT.

Offline working
Yes. Record your work in a basement, plant room, store room or remote site with no connection. Checker saves the work on the device and syncs it when you are back in range.
You can keep moving through the visit instead of waiting beside a router or copying notes onto paper. Finish the job in front of you, then let the app catch up when the signal returns.

Yes, on PRO+. Each sub-user costs £10.99 a month plus VAT and has a separate login under your business account, with permissions you set, so the master account stays in your control. Sub-users are not available on LITE or PRO.
Each electrician can work through their own jobs without sharing a password. Their tests and reports stay under the business account, giving the company one place for the customer history as the team grows.
