Boilers and renewables
Yes. Checker gives you a place for heat pump service reports, system checks and performance logs alongside boiler work. The job history can follow the property even when its heating mix changes.
That helps when you maintain gas, oil and renewable systems across the same customer base. You can also open servicing instructions for nearly every boiler on the market, which saves a search when the model in front of you is not one you see every week.
Each visit adds to a useful service history. When a customer reports a new fault, you can check what was fitted, what you found last time and how the system performed before you set off.
Repeat work
On PRO and PRO+, Checker can send an annual service reminder 11 months after you create the customer. It prompts the next booking before the service date passes and the customer starts looking elsewhere.
Appointment reminders go out 24 hours ahead. Quote chasers follow on days 7, 10 and 14, while invoice chasers start when the payment terms lapse. See the full timing on the service reminders page.
Money with the job
Yes. Build the quote from the customer record, turn accepted work into an invoice and keep the payment trail beside the service report. Checker also handles CIS, VAT and DRC without another spreadsheet.
Take chip and pin payments through Zettle or send a Stripe payment link. The quotes and invoices page shows how the job moves from price to payment.
Checker connects with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage on PRO and PRO+. Xero synchronises invoices and payments in both directions. QuickBooks and Sage are supported too. The both-ways sync is Xero only.
Straight pricing
LITE is £10.99, PRO is £19.99 and PRO+ is £25.99 a month, plus VAT.
Annual prices are £109.99, £199.99 and £259.99 plus VAT. Every plan includes unlimited files, records and reports. There is no charge per report.
LITE creates files and records. PRO adds all report features and the back office, including CRM, reminders, business analytics, accountancy sync and Growth Engine. PRO+ adds sub-users. Offline working
Yes. Fill in the job record in a basement, plant room or rural property with no useful connection. Checker saves the work on your device and syncs it when you are back in range.
You can finish the notes where the readings make sense, not from memory at home. There is no need to type the same figures into a paper form first and the app later.
Readings without retyping
Checker connects to a KANE flue gas analyser over Bluetooth. Transfer the readings into the job instead of copying each value by hand, which cuts a slow step and reduces the chance of a typing mistake.

Yes, on PRO+. Sub-users are available only on PRO+ and cost £10.99 a month plus VAT each. Every engineer gets a separate login under the business account.
