Terms and Conditions: End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (the “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Gassoft Limited, trading as Checker.app (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), covering your use of the Checker.app construction software application (the “App”). By installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App for your personal or business purposes, subject to this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, modify or distribute the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Ownership

All rights, title and interest in the App, including intellectual property rights, belong to Gassoft Limited. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Updates and changes

We may update the App or change this EULA from time to time. If you carry on using the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error free, secure or available without interruption.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gassoft Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may end this licence if you break any term of this EULA. On termination you must stop using the App.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
