The working day
It means keeping the work from first booking to final payment in one system. The office can see what is booked. The engineer can see the address, customer details and job notes. The finished paperwork stays with the same record.

Jobs in the diary
Create the job against the customer, add the date, time, address and notes, then assign it to the right engineer. Each person can see the work they need without relying on a paper diary or a chain of messages.
Because the booking starts from the customer record, the engineer has the details that matter before they arrive. The next visit can use the same history, so repeat work does not begin with another search for the address or last report.

Offline working
The engineer can keep working. Checker saves the job details and report on the device, then syncs the work when the connection returns.
That matters in basements, plant rooms, rural properties and new builds. You do not need to copy readings onto paper and enter them again later. Finish the record where the work happened and let the app catch up when you are back in range.
From job to payment
The customer record holds the job history, notes, reports, quotes and invoices. An engineer can complete the trade paperwork, create the PDF and send it from the app. The office can then see what was done and what still needs payment.
Gas and heating engineers can also sync readings from a KANE flue gas analyser over Bluetooth. Boiler servicing instructions for nearly every boiler on the market are available in the app, which keeps another common site task close to the job record.
Checker also supports quote chasers on days 7, 10 and 14, invoice chasers when payment terms lapse and annual service reminders 11 months after the customer was created.
Keep every visit under one customer history in the CRM customer database. When they call again, you can find the past job without searching several systems.

LITE is £10.99, PRO is £19.99 and PRO+ is £25.99 a month, plus VAT.

LITE creates files and records. PRO adds all report features and the back office, including CRM, reminders, business analytics, accountancy sync and Growth Engine. PRO+ adds sub-users. Separate access
Yes, on PRO+. Each sub-user costs £10.99 a month plus VAT. Sub-users are not included on LITE or PRO.
A separate login means each engineer can see their work without sharing the main account password. Their jobs and paperwork stay under the business account. Read more about staff management as your team grows.
Accounts connected
Checker connects with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage on PRO and PRO+. Xero synchronises invoices and payments in both directions, so the same figures do not need to be entered twice.
QuickBooks and Sage are supported accountancy integrations. The both-ways sync is Xero only. You can also take chip and pin payments with Zettle or send a pay-by-link with Stripe.
