Here at Checker we’re constantly looking at ways to help you grow and earn more without you woking any harder that’s why we’ve added a series of automations to help you drive growth.
Automations are essentially some background tasks which Checker can process in the background for you.
The Invoice chaser has evolved from a previous Gas Checker feature where we would only send one unpaid invoice reminder. Now we have added more functionality and the ability to send up to 3 unpaid invoice reminders. Each one adding a little more urgency to the reminder to try and get you api as fast as you can. You’ve done the work now it’s time to get paid.
By default we have set it to 3 Unpaid Invoice chases but you can edit that to how ever many you like and you can also edit the wording.
The Checker quote chaser is just that, a system which chases and follows up any quotes you sent to your customers automatically. You can have Checker send up to 3 follow up emails to your customers with each one gently encouraging your customer to accept the quote.
By default we have set it to 3 quotes chases but you can edit that to how ever many you like and you can also edit the wording to suit your business tone.
All this is customisable in your Quote Chaser template, you can then set your sending preferences for this feature in your preferences section in your dashboard.

This is again a really simple feature. When you add a new job to the Checker schedule we have given you the ability to send an appointment reminder to your customer and or installation by email and or sms at a pre configured time before the appointment starts. There’s nothing worse than turning up to an appointment and the customer has forgotten, which is fully wasted time and is going to cost you or them time and or money.
By default we have set the reminder to go by email to the customer 1 hour before the start of the appointment however you can edit this to send SMS and Email, to your Client and or Installation between 1 and 48 hours before the job is due to begin.
Go to your Dashboard to set it up.
